Quarter, Half or Whole Steer  $6.00 per pound (hanging weight).

Average 1/4 steer weighs about 150 lbs which consists of 1/2 of all cuts in a half steer.
Average whole steer hanging is about 600-700 lbs

No Hormones, No antibiotics.
Aged naturally for 2 weeks.​
Average Quarter costs between $900.00 and $1,200 depending on weight and will fit in 2-3 “Banana” boxes.

For the convenience of Boston area customers, we can deliver Quarters/Halfs at a mutually convenient Shopping Mall along our route from Maine to New Bedford. (route 1 to route 93 to route 140), Saturdays AM only.
